Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven SEO & Ads Specialist with experience in the Web3 space to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for optimizing our organic visibility and managing performance-based ad campaigns to drive traffic, increase awareness, and grow the user base for our blockchain ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies tailored to Web3 products and audience behavior
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and documentation to improve search engine visibility
• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Twitter/X, Reddit, etc.
• Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Search Console, and more
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging across organic and paid channels
• Continuously ideate and test new tactics to improve campaign reach, engagement, and conversion
• Stay updated with industry trends in crypto/Web3 to ensure our strategy remains competitive and relevant

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in SEO or digital advertising, preferably in tech, fintech, or Web3-related industries
• Solid understanding of Web3 user behavior and familiarity with blockchain-related platforms
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Twitter Ads, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
