Job Description

We are seeking a mid-level AI Engineer with strong MLOps infrastructure experience to join our team. This role bridges AI model development and production infrastructure, focusing on deploying, scaling, and maintaining LLM-based agent systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building robust MLOps pipelines and the technical infrastructure required to support advanced AI applications in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agent applications using state-of-the-art LLMs and agent frameworks
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems to enhance AI capabilities with external knowledge
• Create prompt engineering solutions for specialized AI applications and use cases
• Build and optimize evaluation frameworks to measure and improve AI agent performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into product offerings
• Implement practical MLOps practices including containerization, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI applications
• Contribute to scalable infrastructure decisions for efficient AI model deployment
• Research and implement techniques to enhance model efficiency, accuracy, and reliability
• Set up and maintain vector databases for efficient information retrieval

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in AI/ML development, with focus on LLM applications
